An open-mouthed kiss for the nation that supplied 15 of the 19 September 11th hijackers.

Forget impeachment. Anyone else this insane, and holds other people’s lives in his hands, would have a 72-Hour Hold placed on him immediately. That would at least allow us enough time to get him and his fellow gang members committed.

First, Rice insists on us sending $86 million more dollars to terrorist group Fatah, holed up in the West Bank after the absolutely terrific job they did with the hundreds of millions in weapons and support we had already sent to them. She also wants to give another $40 million to the UN which will then send it to the “Palestinians” in the Gaza Strip. Yeah, great idea–prop up Hamas, and help the people who voted in Hamas in the first place so their Islamist paradise will be sustained long enough so they can assist Iran in the complete destruction of Israel.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice announced Monday that the administration would contribute $40 million to the United Nations to help the Palestinians, particularly in the Gaza Strip, and ask Congress to approve another $86 million in U.S. aid.

Congress has been mostly quiet on the issue, although some Republicans say they have grave concerns the money will end up in the hands of Hamas.

if you think she’s and Bush are pushing this because Fatah and the CIA were organizational geniuses and got all our weapons and supplies out of the Gaza Strip, think again. Hamas has released a list of $400 million in U.S. supplied weapons, ammunition and various military supplies they have captured. To say nothing of the CIA material also left behind. Here’s a partial list of what Hamas, an Iranian Death Squad, now has its bloody paws on:

* “Dozens” of mounted machine guns

* Approximately 7,400 American M-16 assault rifles

* About 800,000 rounds of bullets.

* Eighteen armored personnel carriers

* Seven armored military jeeps

* “Tens” of armored civilian cars, including pickup trucks and magnums.

* Eight massive trucks equipped with water cannons for dispersing protests

* Fourteen military-sized bulldozers

And what does Hamas think of our pledge to send more aid and weapons to Abbas? They’re lovin’ it.

This is, of course, in addition to lifting the embargo originally placed on so-called “Palestine” after “Palestinians” overwhelmingly elected Hamas as their government in free elections. We will now be sending that aid Abbas in the West Bank.

The United States said Monday it was lifting a 15-month embargo on direct aid to the Palestinian territories, as the EU said it was normalizing ties with the new Palestinian government.

“We intend to lift our financial restrictions on the Palestinian government,” Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told reporters.

“This will enable the American people and American financial institutions to resume normal economic and commercial ties with the Palestinian government.”

She was speaking after Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas sacked the Hamas-led unity government following Hamas’s bloody seizure of the Gaza Strip last week.

“We will not leave 1.5 million Palestinians at the hands of terrorist organizations,” Rice said.

What kind of an unmitigated moronic statement is that? Those are the people who voted in the terrorist organization. This is what they want. They sympathize with, support, and embrace the terrorists. And what exactly is ‘normal’ economic ties with an unelected, terrorist government? Sending 7,400 more American M-16 assault rifles and 800,000 more rounds of bullets? With numbers like that, Iran won’t need a nuke to kill every Jew in Israel.

…Obviously.

But it doesn’t end here. LGF has a post with details about Bush making noises about “reaching out” to the Muslim Brotherhood, the organization considered the primary tumor of today’s worldwide terrorist cancer. It is an absolutely horrific thought, and reflective of an American foreign policy which has helped to foment and support Radical Islam. I’m really quite speechless about this.

I will, however, find the words and contact the White House. You must do the same. This is madness, complete and utter. Here is some background on the Muslim Brotherhood. Simply put: We will not allow George Bush to put a gun in our collective mouth. He clearly is self-destructive, self-loathing, and may even have a death-wish. His previous addiction to alcohol speaks to deep-seated problems and the need to escape. If he needs out, and is panicked, he should resign. We will not let him take this nation with him.

    Oh dear. Like you, Tammy, I hope that President Bush and SecState Rice are privy to top secret information that would make what they are doing not only rational, but necessary in the pursuit of American security interests. But also like you, I’ve begun to think that they have become irredeemably infected with Washington-think where up is down, black is white and terrorists are peace-loving, agrarian Jeffersonian democrats whose democratic tendencies need only another billion or so in American aid and weapons to bloom. I no longer have any hope that President Bush will act to prevent the acquisition of nuclear weapons by Iran.

    We appear to be heading down a very, very dangerous road, and the Atlantic and Pacific are no longer proof against harm. My only solace in this is that I believe that VP Cheney is likely livid over this kind of appeasement. At least one can hope.

    I have a feeling that at the rate this is going, Jimmy Carter might not end up in the history books as being the President with the worst foreign policy.

    I have read your books, The New Thought Police, and also The New American Revolution. I am currently reading The Death of Right and Wrong.

    These books have helped me immeasurably as they let me see that I am not crazy or wrong about the things I believe are going on. In particular, that concept of Through the Looking Glass, how everything is turned around backward, seems to apply to this current situation with President Bush. I honestly cannot understand it, in the context of what we would normally expect in a leader who claims that he is working in our best interests. This is truly a looking glass situation; it is dangerous, stupid, and unbelievable. And it makes absolutely NO sense.

    It seems that our entire Congress has gone through the Looking Glass, as well. Doggedly determined to pass that immigration bill, despite the overwhelming opposition to it by Americans, working very little, yet taking fabulous vacations constantly, and flagrantly ignoring the needs of this nation, I feel that they have become emboldened as they separate themselves from the “common” person and live as if they are untouchable Royalty. In addition, I do not appreciate the way that they treat us as if we are ignorant children, they are the all-knowing parents, and they need to do what’s best, regardless of how we feel about it. This is wrong. These people are OUR servants. They are supposed to represent OUR interests, not their own.

    Thank you so very much for your work on the front lines. Calling it as you see it, tackling the powerful and wealthy, and revealing, with deep honesty, your own personal path to where you are today – these things display incredible character, courage, honesty, a deep love of country, and commitment to doing the right thing, regardless of the personal cost to you.

    I am constantly emailing, faxing, and calling not only my own Senators, McCain and Kyl, but others, as well, in an effort to make them see that we DO care about what they are doing. There are many issues to deal with, but we HAVE to do this if we care about what happens to our nation and our children. I have already emailed the White House regarding this insane plan President Bush and Condi Rice are promoting, and I will add faxing and calling, as well.

    These people are doing the wrong thing. They need to hear from us.
