He could be VP, but never POTUS, because he puts himself in situations like this, inviting a screw-up. Which wouldn’t happen, btw, if he stopped doing radio and television segments like every other talking head out there (like me). If he wants to be seen as presidential, he needs to be seen as above that.

Thanks for the link. I still like Newt but as I said a week ago it is too late for him anyway.
Had I known she payed Sam Cook I would have tried to find the time to listen to her – BTW Tammy does KABC let you push KRLA? Or are you asking for trouble. Which is OK as I do it all the time – but most arnt as brash as this old exJarhead.
I loved Sat Night as an undergrad. Seems I still do!

As a full fledge member of the radial right wing, I can say that while I ‘like’ Newt, I would never vote for him Tammy. He has become a ‘talking head’ to some of us in the party. We like him, but often are disappointed in his wordings and actions. He will never be POTUS.
I hate to say it, I admired him once, but I feel he is a teacher, historian and once Speaker; that is all. JMHO.

I like Newt. He’s a thoughtful thinker. A man with a true understanding and appreciation of world history. I hope he runs, I’d vote for him.
