As they prepare to make Barack Obama their national Ned Lamont, another Soros puppet. Fortunately, their Malignant Narcissism keeps them from getting a grip on the larger picture. You’d think they would have learned something from the Lamont ‘victory’ in Connecticut which was really, of course, a Lieberman victory. But apparently not. I guess do have one more foot they can shoot off.
Hillary Drops Back
A new Newsweek poll shows Obama pulling away.
Despite her campaign’s relentless attacks on Barack Obama’s qualifications and electability, Hillary Clinton has lost a lot of ground with Democratic voters nationwide going into Tuesday’s critical primary in Pennsylvania, a new NEWSWEEK poll shows.
The survey of 1,209 registered voters found that Obama now leads Clinton by nearly 20 points, or 54 percent to 35 percent, among registered Democrats and those who lean Democratic nationwide. The previous Newsweek poll, conducted in March after Clinton’s big primary wins in Ohio and Texas, showed the two Democrats locked in a statistical tie (45 percent for Obama to 44 percent for Clinton). The new poll puts Obama ahead among women as well as men, and voters aged 60 and older as well as younger voters. (For the complete poll data, click here).
One of the more devastating results for Clinton was that a majority of all registered voters now see her as dishonest and untrustworthy. According to the poll, just four in 10 (41 percent) registered voters view the New York senator as honest and trustworthy, while 51 percent think the opposite. This compares with solid majorities of voters who see Obama and McCain as honest and trustworthy (both polled 61 percent).
At the same time, we not on the Left have experienced first-hand how the Establishment Media create polls to reflect what they want them to reflect. If they were right, we’d have President Kerry right now. All of us, including Hillary, should keep that in mind. Newsweek has a PDF of their methodology which polls registered voters as opposed to likely voters. Those are two very different things. The fact that they chose to go with the broader, less reliable group indicates an awareness that Newsweek’s preferred Dem candidates do considerably less well when likely voters are polled.
At the same time, the latest polls at Real Clear Politics indicate Hillary’s lead in Pennsylvania is also dropping. Rasmussen now has her ahead by just 3, and Zogby has her in the lead by 4. Quite a big slide from the double-digit lead she had been enjoying.
So congratulations Hillary on your part in creating the New Marxist Nihilist Democrat Party which does seem to prefer a First Couple who hates this country, intends to raise taxes during a recession, and surrender to our beastial terrorist enemy. If you and your husband had been a little more concerned with people beyond yourself, perhaps you would have noticed the collapse of the party into the depraved arms of George Soros.
The Marxist Nihilist Democrat Party, eh? Tammy, I love it. It is so, so fitting, and never should we forget that indeed, the Democrats of old are being run by a depraved man. I even love how thr party’s new, accurate name reduces to something much like a Cold War-era string: the MNDP.
An elderly Italian gentleman, classically educated and from an ancient line of aristocrats, once explained to me that the word “SNOB” is actually an acronym from the Latin root “sine nobilus” or in English, without nobility of spirit. He further explained that a true gentleman has empathy for and knows how to make comfortable even someone from the most humble background. Nobility of spirit is therefore one of the hallmarks of a good leader.
Obama has little empathy for the people who cherish the founding principals of our nation. He has little understanding of those of enterprising spirit. He wants a national change to rule us away from those core values out of which the exceptional nature of our country flows. He fears that we have gotten way ahead of the rest of the world and feels the need to bleed us internally. He knows too well human weakness and guards against American power for the sake of a more level playing field for the rest of the world. He forgets that we as a nation of individuals are fair and compassionate and, are the most charitable on earth. His lack of understanding of how we got that way makes him blind to the path perpetuating our greatness. Yes, slavery did bolster the economic prowess of the pre20th century South. Slavery is not the reason that the 20th century is known as the American century. It was our raw achievement in most areas of human endeavor which enriched us since our beginnings. That achievement stems from the words and deeds of our founding fathers (and mothers.) Obama’s Reverend Wright apology speach was all about slavery and racial divisions. Contrast that with the message of the film “The Pursuit of Happyness” starring Will Smith.
I’m afraid it has been the Marxist nihilist party for a while. They should get that artist at Yale to become their graphic designer.
