You see, all those gun-loving, blue-collar hicks from small towns aren’t only bitter and clingy, they’re stoopit, too.

Did Michelle Obama Suggest Sarah Not Smart?

Check out this [emphasis added] excerpt from an LA Weekly report on Michelle Obama’s appearance at a private fundraiser last Wednesday in the ritzy LA neighborhood of Holmby Hills. Mrs. Obama was addressing a crowd that reporter Patrick Range McDonald described “heavily entertainment-industry.”

Obama then moved on to politics, where she first brought up her husband’s vice-presidential choice. “I think it was a really good pick—Senator Joe Biden,” she said, and later added, “People say they have amazing chemistry, and it’s true.”

Obama continued with talk about Biden when she said, “What you learn about Barack from his choice is that he’s not afraid of smart people.” The crowd softly chuckled.

Why would the crowd have chuckled, unless they sensed Michelle was making a little jibe at Sarah Palin’s expense? Calling on the MSM to ask Mrs. Obama just what she was implying.

Go ahead Barry and Michelle, keep underestimating both McCain, Palin and the rest of us rubes. And then they can cry in your soup on November 5th as you wonder how it is that the Bitter, Clingy, Stupid Brigade managed to win again.

Way-el, TammyLynn, us womenfolk from that part of Virginny that the famous newscaster Andrea Mitchell said was not like Northern Virginia, that part with all the rednecks, and then further said, those uneducated women who would vote for Palin, them’s us; I think she’s been supping with Michelley-belly.

Weez so ignurnt. Maybe we should IQ with Sen Biden? But that’s ok, God loves us anyway and let us learn how to push them levers at the votin’ place. Only time I guess we get to go to the libree or to school, huh.

Thanks for that link above. I think it was Rachel Maddow of MSNBC who tried to insinuate that Sarah was was anti Semitic
    http://tinyurl.com/6grkxp

As a jewish person I find that many on the left are actually the ones with the anti-israel slant. It’s the ones on the right who are constantly defending Israel.

I feel so sorry that Sarah will have to go through all this stuff for the next two months.
The above article with Michelle Obama was really low.

I hope hope hope hope that Mccain/Palin can win this thing.
    🙂

People who have their senior thesis online for God and the entire world to see shouldn’t be questioning the academic fitness or intellectual capacity of others.  You can read Michelle Obama’s thesis for yourself.  It tells you a lot about who she is.  It also has errors, and I wasn’t particularly impressed with the analysis or depth of thought.  On the other hand, it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve read.  I’ll give Michelle Obama the benefit of the doubt, I think she should do the same for Sarah Palin.

Good night, guys, you are way too funny.

(But would someone slip me a note please before Tammy wakes up and tell me what the H*ll “ROTFLMAO” means.)

I know it will be clearer in the morning and I will feel stupid for asking, ah what the H*ll, Michelle has me all figured out anyway. Or at least Barry does, I’m just a typical white person
who tonight doesn’t have a CLUE AS TO WHAT ROTFLMAO means. Say that out loud like Tammy does on the radio and you and I will feel so much better (or at least I will because – ready to scream? – I WILL THEN KNOW WHAT IT MEANS).

I need to take the Acela more often and join Joe for coffee (not the Amtrak, not the regular train, mind you, you poor unknowledgable boogers out there who don’t live on the govt-financed northeast corridor train system – DC to Boston, that is). You see, I do read the Washington Post sometimes in order to know what my govt is doing. And, Joe the bloviator takes the Acela every day in order to check in with his nannies, maids, houseboys, children and mother to make sure the world is safe in Delaware. The Acela is a train I do love, which is faster and has porters to take your bags and wait staff to bring you coffee (go back now and read, he said he knew the names of all the PORTERS – the ones who carry your bags and take a tip – not the CONDUCTORS, who are the regulars guys who come and punch your tickets if you are on a regular, inexpensive, non-speed train).

Don’t forget your help here, please. PULLEAAZZ.

    Katie,
    ROTFLMAO translated means:
Rolling On The Floor Laughing My A** Off.

i have noted that really smart people rarely talk about how smart someone else is.
those that do are usually insecure about their own intelligence.

  10. RagingBullmoose says:

The more I hear Michelle Obama speak, the more I get the impression that if she were white, the closest she’d have gotten to an Ivy League school would be if she rented Love Story…

Keep talking down to the folks Mickey. I mean it, keep talking down to everyone. You’re just another gasbag upon which the McCain/Palin zeppelin will continue to soar.

I love it when the Dems shoot themselves in the foot. Absolutely love it.

  11. va bill says:

The Obama’s comments bring to mind a saying of the late Joe Pyne – “educated beyond their intelligence”.

  12. eigafan says:

I can’t imagine Michelle Obama as the next first lady. Cindy McCain is a saint compared to this bitter hypocrite.

  13. Talkin Horse says:

I’d really like to vote for Obama, but I just can’t do it. It wouldn’t be fair to the man, having to rule over a doofus like me.

  14. brutepcm says:

Mike- Sarah won’t just have to put up with this crap for two months. With any luck, she will be a target for about 12 years.
    Palin in 2012!

  15. MsT. says:

“What you learn about Barack from his choice is that he’s not afraid of smart people.”

He’s just afraid of people who have original thoughts and use footnotes for when they do not.

  16. For a long time I didn’t understand the liberal definition of intelligence. I mean, I always thought intelligence had one definition – how smart a person is. Given that definition, how could Ronald Reagan have been a knuckle-dragging neanderthal?

    Then I had an epiphany.

The liberal definition of intelligence is how liberal a person is. The more to the left a person is, the more intelligent they are. This is why Jimmy Carter – he was Captain of a nuclear submarine!! (which wasn’t even true – he never ever served on one – he was out of the US Navy before Nautilus was even commissioned) was one of the most intelligent men to ever serve as President, while Ronald Reagan – an actor !! was as dumb as a box of rocks.

(Note that I’m talking what currently passes for liberalism here – or at least since the New Deal. And I’m using liberal and leftist interchangably.)

So, we Conservatives are incredibly stupid – by liberal standards. And you want to know something? I wouldn’t have it any other way!

  17. Paul From Hamburg says:

For those considering voting to put the Obamas in the White House, ask yourself this question: “Would you want them in your house?” I am not joking. Whenever you have a party, who are the worst guests? In my experience, the worst guests are people who assume that they are smartest people in the room. They insist on “correcting” everyone, stating their opinion as fact and generally acting as if being “right” is an excuse for being impolite. Does that sound like anyone currently running for President?

  18. STOICCAT says:

Michell’s last name is Obama, of course she is an Elitist lefty, who has nothing but contempt for “common” folks who are “different” than her.
