Hardly two weeks after Clinton’s visit to Russia seeking a fresh start, Medvedev, using rhetoric reminiscent of the worst of the Cold War, announces the biggest military overhaul in nearly 100 years, with special emphasis on nuclear weapons.

Please notice Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s pointing finger.

The Russians have been talking about a military presence in Latin America. The Pentagon thinks it is not cause for serious concern.

“That would be quite a long way for those old planes to fly,” Geoff Morrell, Pentagon press secretary, told AFP.

Top US military officer Admiral Mike Mullen “is not overly concerned about other nations trying to forge bilateral relations with other partners and friends,” said a defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Obama is cutting defense spending.

OK, if Russia wants to return to the Cold War, will someone please press the reset button to 1981.

**OK, if Russia wants to return to the Cold War, will someone please press the reset button to 1981.**

Can someone just press it anyway?

The only war Bambi has the heart to wage is the one against American business. The love bong is otherwise available for the enemies he plans to intoxicate with his high school crush-like courting.
It’s hard to remain tasteful so have a good night all.

That red button doesn’t look very peaceful to me. But hey that’s just me. Buttons like that usually make things go “Boom!” Or have I been watching too many movies?

And yea– that’s the same “truth really wanting to come out subconsciously” middle finger that Obama slipped during his speech during his campaign.

The only other country on earth that could possibly launch an unprecedented nuclear attack and do serious damage to our great country is Russia. No matter what other nation has the capability of nuclear warheads, it is the propulsion and ability to corral the tremendous magnitude these weapons possess that makes the real threat. The former Soviet Union has this capapbility. We have beeen fools to accept that Russia is a true ally.
President Ronald Reagan did more to destroy communist Russia than most of will ever know.

Paranoid authoritarian militaristic imperialism goes back centuries before communism in Russia, to at least the days of Ivan the Terrible. As an American of (in part) Russian descent I find this unfortunate and tragic, but it is reality: the Russian state will ALWAYS be an enemy of freedom, which means it will always be a danger to America unless weakened to the point of total strategic impotence.

Yeah, usually the “reset” button is black and nondescript. The red one would be the “Launch” button for a nuclear strike on America.

How appropriate is it that Hillary is the one pulling an assist with the big red launch button? Even more appropriate is that smile, she looks like she is enjoying it more than he is!

I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that it is *not* a launch button – but if she pulls this schtick with Ahmadinejad, I’d stay away from any major city for a few days.

The Russian war machine is taking full advantage of the weakness they see in Obama. Remember the Bay of Pigs incident? Kennedy was willing to push the button to stop the Soviets from sending a war ship into our hemisphere.

Look how far we have declined. Two Russian warships harbored off the coast of Venezuela, and participated in war games with Chavez, LAST YEAR. And Cuba subsequently welcomed a Russian warship to dock there last fall as well.

Now we have Russian rearmament. We have learned nothing from the Russian’s except that we can never trust them. They support those who want us destroyed… Chavez and Ahmadinejad at the top of the list.

Hillary Alinsky acts like the WHOLE WORLD knows her, and thus, automatically respects her. What a narcissist. This entire Democrat Adminstration is a circus.
