Tammy with guest host Judge Andrew Napolitano and former Bush State Department Senior Advisor Christian Whiton discuss Donald Trump’s latest proposal.

Tammy notes that the appeal of this proposal can be understood within the framework of an actual, new idea (as opposed to nothing new from Obama) and that this is a conversation that we must have. Tammy also suggests that a more nuanced approach would be to stop immigration from countries that have no infrastructure, which would slow the immigration flood while allowing the vettng process to be improved.

A week later and tightening the visa waiver program is in the trillion dollar omnibus budget bill. What is the reaction of Europe and ACLU?

“European diplomats, led by European Union ambassador to Washington David O’Sullivan, have warned of potential retaliation against the United States, arguing the programme is based on reciprocity.”

“Once again, members of Congress are using the government funding bill to pursue their extremist agendas,” said Anthony Romero, executive director of civil liberties group ACLU.

I hope the EU politicos don’t ask themselves why Marine Le Pen got so many votes.
