Tammy joins panelists and host Charles Payne to discuss Hillary’s campaign.

Tammy notes that Hillary’s plan to use Bill Clinton may be a dangerous tactic, as it did not work for her in ’08, and that was before the e-mail scandal, pre-Benghazi, pre-the collapse of our relationship with Russia, pre-the chaos in the Middle East. Her plan perhaps signals that Hillary sees problems and is not confident in her own campaign.
