krauthammer

If it were any other person on planet Earth, yes, we *know* there would be an indictment. But the Federal Government Club really has been operating as a scheme that protects its members from the Rule of Law. Let’s hope Krauthammer is right, and that it’s not about indictments for people in the fringes of this. I’m hoping many will take an immunity deal as they realize throwing their lives away for Monica’s Ex-boyfriend’s wife isn’t a good idea.

Charles Krauthammer said on Special Report that it would be very surprising to him if Hillary Clinton ends up facing no action over her private email server.

Recent reports have speculated that Clinton will soon be interviewed by FBI investigators about her server.

Krauthammer said it’s clear at this point that Clinton used the private server “to hide her communications from the world, from the Freedom of Information Act, and from the Congress.”

“There’s no other point in doing this other than to evade subpoenas, inquiries from Congressional committees. … I think she gets either indicted or there’s a criminal referral somehow squashed by the higher-ups. I can’t see her getting away from this with nothing,” said Krauthammer.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Clinton is currently at “the vortex of a perfect storm of legal misery.”

He explained that talking to the FBI leaves Clinton in a “damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t” situation.

The problem is that even if Hillary were indited that Obama would probably parden her. This might result in Joe Biden (The dumbest man in the senate, now the dumbest vice-president ever)
running on the democrat ticket. Things could be worse.

It looks like Dr. Krauthammer is self-medicating. The probability of Hillary Clinton being prosecuted is roughly equal to the probability of me walking on the Moon by the end of the year.

It would be ludicrous to give immunity to Hillary staffer Bryan Pagliano, to compel his testimony (he had previously refused to testify, citing his 5th Amendment rights), for any reason other than to file criminal charges against someone more important. Why else would they give a man who is obviously at risk of something (why else would he take the 5th?) immunity? Heck, they might as well give everybody immunity and go home. That’s a lot less scandalous than a presidential pardon.
