Because we don’t need no stinkin’ three branches of gubmint!
Via Daily Caller.
On Thursday morning, Supreme Court upheld an injunction on Obama’s 2014 Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents policy by a 4-4 split vote.
The executive order would have granted work permits and legal status to millions of illegal immigrants living in the United States.
“What was unaffected by today’s ruling, or lack of a ruling, is the enforcement priorities that we’ve put in place,” the president stated….
“We prioritize criminals, we prioritize gang-bangers, we prioritize folks who have just come in,” he explained. “What we don’t do is prioritize people who have been here a long time, who are otherwise law-abiding, who have roots and connection of their communities, so those enforcement priorities will continue.”

Obama administration prioritizes criminals, gang-bangers, and folks who have just come in. (folks!, just come in!). Yes, and he prioritizes them for settlement in the interior of the U.S. As far as not prioritizing those that have been here, Yes, meaning they have no prioritization for deportation. Regarding negative court decisions, Obama consistently ignores them. Trying to ban all oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, EPA overreach rules… Constitutional lawyer like no other.
My read on this is Obama is afraid of being sent back to Kenya.
IMPEACH
So…what else is new? Maybe if Clinton wins she will reward him with a SCOTUS appointment.
So, the Supreme Crock is unhappy with the Supreme Court. Too darn bad.
(Truth be told, I wanted to use a different word than “crock” but I restrained myself….)
Obama is a self proclaimed criminal at war now with the Supremes.
I believe Obama and Jeb are both singing The Supremes song; Stop in the Name of Love.
So Obama is saying Mexicans are criminals and gangbangers, some of them. What a racist.
LOL!
“I am not a crook” POSUS/MOFOTUS makes Tricky Dick look like a piker.
And in a not enforcing the law, college edition, news; Labor Secy Thomas Perez has announced that $30 million in Pell Grants (free college) will be provided to convicts even though the law says that Pell Grants can not be provided to convicts. The Administration is using a provision of the Higher Education Act that allows for Experimental Programs. Experimental Programs exception is to allow for novel approaches but it does not allow for an out to ignore the law’s directive that grants can’t be provided to convicts. Lawless.
This should have been 8-0
