IRS official Lois Lerner was so desperate to avoid questioning from journalist Jason Mattera that she tried to force herself into her neighbor’s home.
When Mattera pursued Lerner in her Bethesda, Md., neighborhood to ask about the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups, Lerner made a beeline for her neighbor’s door.
Lerner’s neighbor cracked the door, but seemed offended that Lerner was attempting to seek refuge in her house.
