Delusional? Who is delusional? The American rabble have lived in a fantasy of greatness and exceptionalism for too long. Obama the Magnificent knows this and persistently kneads the common folk to reconsider. The minds of the lowly unwashed are not brilliant enough or nuanced enough to understand the art of statesmanship as practiced by him. Obama the Magnificent and Wise jousts with an attitude of playful superiority against mere brutal force. He is amused by the storm and stress knowing that subtlety, grace and patience are larger and stronger. To whom can he be compared? Jesus? Ghandi? He is beyond them for he has come so far without sacrifice or suffering. His mere presence is a transformative gift to the world. So far on so little, a legend. Think not? The aftermath of what he accomplished will affect lives for generations. The question will long be asked, “Where would we be today if not for him?”
