Shorter Dem plan for 2018: We corralled every celebrity we could think of, in 2016. And got beaten anyway. . So, let’s try the same failed strategy, again. Yee-haw! Via Breitbart. Hillary Clinton’s celebrity-backed White House bid in 2016 was an epic failure, so Democrats are doubling down and turning to Hollywood for help to persuaded voters heading to the polls in November. The Democratic National Committee and Democratic members of Congress are teaming with celebrities to craft campaign messages to win over the voters in middle America. DNC Chairman Tom Perez and top Democrats have met with groups of Hollywood writers, producers, and actors to work on upcoming elections…. David Mandel, executive producer of the HBO Emmy-winning comedy series...

After eight miserable years of Obama (remember Jen Psaki?), we now have a superb spokesperson for the State Dept. Brava, Heather Nauert! Via Daily Caller. CNN’s Chris Cuomo suggested on Friday that the United States is to blame for Iran’s latest round of missile strikes on Israel. Cuomo asked State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert during a Friday morning interview if she thought pulling out of the Iran Deal could have provoked Iran…. “You know, it’s unbelievable that some would try to blame the United States for Iran’s actions,” Nauert said. “It’s unbelievable that others would try to blame Israel for this. Iran is responsible for many bad acts around the world.”…. "It's unbelievable that some would try to blame the...

Exam rooms are switching to digital clocks to reduce students’ stress. But at least they haven’t yet installed any cry closets. Via Telegraph. Schools are removing analogue clocks from examination halls because teenagers are unable to tell the time, a head teachers’ union has said. Teachers are now installing digital devices after pupils sitting their GCSE and A-level exams complained that they were struggling to read the correct time on an analogue clock. Malcolm Trobe, deputy general secretary at the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL), said youngsters have become accustomed to using digital devices. “The current generation aren’t as good at reading the traditional clock face as older generations,” he told The Telegraph….

Sigh. Not a hacking, just their screw-up. I’m sure that doesn’t make their customers feel any better. Via NY Post. A bizarre glitch in Chase’s website late Wednesday briefly gave some of the bank’s customers access to other people’s accounts instead of their own. The temporary computer bug directed the Wall Street bank’s customers into the online accounts of other users, exposing their checking, savings and credit card accounts, as well as other personal information. “Today, I logged in using my own account information and the Chase system instead logged me into an entirely different person’s account, a person I have no knowledge of,” a Reddit user posted on Thursday morning. Other users confirmed that they found themselves mysteriously logged...

Wait, is CNN an apple or a banana? Or is it just a joke? Via Fox News. Sadly, this is CNN. CNN personalities already blame virtually everything on President Trump and now the network has floated a theory that the earth could be jeopardized by an asteroid because of the government shutdown — but don’t worry, experts have already dubunked the fake news. CNN correspondent Tom Foreman said on “The Lead with Jake Tapper” that NASA could potentially stop monitoring asteroids during the shutdown. “A big one, by the way, is expected to brush by Earth on February 4,” Foreman said on Friday’s show…. “NASA representatives say there’s no chance that it will collide with Earth,” Space.com reported….

After everything we’ve been through, in my humble opinion, too little too late. Besides, Bannon’s not dumb, he knew exactly what he was saying and with whom he was speaking. With so much at stake, there are no excuses. I have defended him many times, publicly and privately. No more. His real concern? Probably a backlash across the board he somehow didn’t anticipate, and the possibility of being booted off the Breitbart board. I’m curious to see what you think… Via Fox News. Former Trump political strategist Steve Bannon on Sunday expressed “regret” for unflattering comments attributed to him in the recently released Trump White House tell-all “Fire and Fury,” saying he should have responded sooner and that he continues...

Yes, there are big kittehs, and then there are bobcats. But as someone who has personally met a couple bobcats in the Hollywood hills, bobcats are unmistakable. Considering the guy says he was attacked *inside* a condo, I have a feeling it was the big kitteh. But you can’t sue for being scratched by a big kitteh. And bobcat is so much more dramatic. Maybe they were hoping she’d settle? Via NY Post. A Florida contractor says he was attacked by a bobcat inside a woman’s condo, but the animal’s owner says her feline is no predator, just a 10-pound domestic longhair kitty named Calli. The contractor, Marcos Hernandez, filed a lawsuit in Tampa on Dec. 19, alleging condo owner...

Darn it! Can’t liberals follow through on anything?! Via Page Six. Miley Cyrus is taking back her vow to leave the United States if Donald Trump became president. She’s still happily residing in the country after the election and says now she has zero plans to leave. “I’m not f–king leaving the country, that’s some ignorant s—t, that’s dumb,” the singer told NME Friday. “Because that’s me abandoning my country when I think I’ve got a good thing to say to my country. And trust me, I hear every day on my Instagram, ‘Just leave already! When are you going to leave?’ Well, that’s not going to do me any good. Does it really matter where I am? Because wherever...
